Deeper Underground Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your experience with Deeper Underground. If something’s not right, we’re here to help — within reason and with discretion.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, as long as the product is new, unopened, and unused. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original packaging.

It must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which it was received.

Tags (if applicable) must still be attached.

Proof of purchase (receipt or confirmation email) is required.

All returns must be sent via tracked delivery. Items not received cannot be refunded.
To begin a return, email us at papatweedsbeardcare@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately. We’ll review the issue and make it right as soon as possible.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

Personal care items (e.g., intimate products or toys that have been opened)

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Custom or personalized products

Hazardous materials (e.g., flammable liquids or gases)

Sale items and gift cards
If you’re unsure whether your item is returnable, just email us before sending it back.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your current one (following the steps above) and place a separate order for the item you want.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason — no justification required.
Returned items must still meet our general return eligibility requirements:

Unworn, unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
