HOW LONG WILL MY ITEM TAKE TO SHIP?

We currently only ship within the UK. Should you wish to place an order outside of the UK, then please get in touch. There may be additional shipping costs to areas outside the UK. 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. 
Where possible and stock permitting, all orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days.

All orders to a UK address will be shipped via Royal Mail or Parcelforce dependant on the size of your parcel. Royal Mail aim to deliver all parcels within 3-5 working days. We aim to ship all parcels so they fit through your letter box. Items shipped outside the UK are sent via Royal Mail International and should allow up to 10-14 days for delivery. Customs charges may apply.
Should you fail to receive a delivery, please do not hesitate to contact us in the first instance and we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue. We value all feedback in regards to our products and delivery. 

RETURNS

Returns are accepted within 7 days from delivery, provided the product is new & unopened. Please send all returns via tracked delivery, products not received cannot be refunded.
Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from receiving your return.
